Blooming in the forest: lots of Western Starflower <I>(Trientalis latifolia)</I>, Thimbleberry <I>(Rubus parviflorus)</I>, Wood Strawberry <I>(Fragaria vesca)</I>, and Candyflower <I>(Claytonia sibirica)</I>. <P> Blooming in the meadows: the most profuse species are currently Meadow Death-Camas <I>(Zigadenus venenosus)</I>, Cat's Ear <I>(Calochortus tolmiei)</I>, Tapertip Onion <I>(Allium acuminatum)</I>, Harsh Paintbrush <I>(Castilleja hispida)</I>, Oregon Sunshine <I>(Eriophyllum lanatum)</I>, Menzies' Larkspur <I>(Delphinium menziesii)</I>, Rosy Plectritis <I>(Plectritis congesta)</I>, and Yellow Monkeyflower <I>(Mimulus guttatus)</I>. <P> Other species blooming in the meadows include: Ookow <I>(Dichelostemma congestum)</I>, True Baby Stars <I>(Linanthus bicolor)</I>, Hairy Indian Paintbrush <I>(Castilleja tenuis)</I>, Farewell-to-spring <I>(Clarkia amoena)</I>, Western Groundsel <I>(Senecio integerrimus)</I>, Wild Strawberry <I>(Fragaria virginiana)</I>, Sticky Cinquefoil <I>(Potentilla glandulosa)</I>, Annual Agoseris <I>(Agoseris heterophylla)</I>, Annual Phlox <I>(Phlox gracilis)</I>, Western Buttercup <I>(Ranunculus occidentalis)</I>, Large-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary <I>(Collinsia grandiflora)</I>, Small-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary <I>(Collinsia parviflora)</I>, Chickweed Monkeyflower <I>(Mimulus alsinoides)</I>, Spring Gold <i>(Lomatium utriculatum)</i>, Hyacinth Cluster-Lily <I>(Triteleia hyacinthina)</I>, Slender Sandwort <I>(Minuartia tenella)</I>, Bare-stemmed Buckwheat <I>(Eriogonum nudum)</I>, Bigroot <I>(Marah oreganus)</I>, Slender Tarweed <I>(Madia gracilis)</I>, Deltoid Balsamroot <I>(Balsamorhiza deltoidea)</I>, and Scouler's Popcorn Flower <I>(Plagiobothrys scouleri)</I>.
