CommentsBlooming in the forest: lots of Western Starflower (Trientalis latifolia), Thimbleberry (Rubus parviflorus), Wood Strawberry (Fragaria vesca), and Candyflower (Claytonia sibirica).

Blooming in the meadows: the most profuse species are currently Meadow Death-Camas (Zigadenus venenosus), Cat's Ear (Calochortus tolmiei), Tapertip Onion (Allium acuminatum), Harsh Paintbrush (Castilleja hispida), Oregon Sunshine (Eriophyllum lanatum), Menzies' Larkspur (Delphinium menziesii), Rosy Plectritis (Plectritis congesta), and Yellow Monkeyflower (Mimulus guttatus).

Other species blooming in the meadows include: Ookow (Dichelostemma congestum), True Baby Stars (Linanthus bicolor), Hairy Indian Paintbrush (Castilleja tenuis), Farewell-to-spring (Clarkia amoena), Western Groundsel (Senecio integerrimus), Wild Strawberry (Fragaria virginiana), Sticky Cinquefoil (Potentilla glandulosa), Annual Agoseris (Agoseris heterophylla), Annual Phlox (Phlox gracilis), Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis), Large-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary (Collinsia grandiflora), Small-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary (Collinsia parviflora), Chickweed Monkeyflower (Mimulus alsinoides), Spring Gold (Lomatium utriculatum), Hyacinth Cluster-Lily (Triteleia hyacinthina), Slender Sandwort (Minuartia tenella), Bare-stemmed Buckwheat (Eriogonum nudum), Bigroot (Marah oreganus), Slender Tarweed (Madia gracilis), Deltoid Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza deltoidea), and Scouler's Popcorn Flower (Plagiobothrys scouleri).
