CommentsTook the Dalles Mtn Road turnoff from Highway up to the summit where you can see both Mt. Hood & Mt Adams, and then drove back down. Balsam Root still glorious but starting to fade, same with lupines. If you`re going, should be now or ASAP. Some larkspur but most is past its prime. DEfinitely worth going, but I think it peaked last Saturday. I went there 4 times this week. Saturday & Thursday were the best, so get out there & see it while you can!
