CommentsUnfortunately, this appears to be a less-than-stellar year for the balsamroot... it appears to be blighted.

Now blooming: Northwest Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza deltoidea), Columbia Gorge Broad-leaf Lupine (Lupinus latifolius var. thompsonianus), Upland Larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum), Bicolored Cluster Lily (Triteleia grandiflora ssp. howellii), Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis), Small-flowered Prairie Star (Lithophragma parviflora), Bare-stem Desert Parsley (Lomatium nudicaule), and Rigid Fiddleneck (Amsinckia retrorsa).
