Comments	Now blooming: Northwest Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza deltoidea), Columbia Gorge Broad-leaf Lupine (Lupinus latifolius var. thompsonianus), Upland Larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum), Bicolored Cluster Lily (Triteleia grandiflora ssp. howellii), Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis), Harsh Paintbrush (Castilleja hispida), Serviceberry (Amelanchier alnifolia), Small-flowered Prairie Star (Lithophragma parviflora), Bare-stem Desert Parsley (Lomatium nudicaule), and Rigid Fiddleneck (Amsinckia retrorsa). Unfortunately, this appears to be a less-than-stellar year for the balsamroot... there is significantly less than in previous years.
