Daniel Highkin visited Silver Star Mountain and reports that the bloom has just begun <I>(the best time to visit is normally late June through July)</I>. He saw the following blooms: bleeding heart, thermopsis, some beargrass, paintbrush, bunchberry, avalanche lilies, sitka valerian, trillium, and more. See his photos in the OW Facebook group.
