| Comments | Jennie Wilke reports that many wildflowers are in bloom in the forest -- she specifically visited the North Ridge Trail, but based upon my many visits to this location, many of these would also be present on the East Ridge Trail: Sorrel, yellow violets, Oregon grape, windflower, vanilla leaf, Oregon iris, and star-flowered Solomon`s seal. Also, Nancy Hoffman Cooke reports that the rock gardens below the summit are in full bloom. Her photos can also be found in the Facebook group. |
