CommentsTiger lilies (Lilium columbianum) are now blooming in the Columbia Gorge. We spotted one on the old Columbia Highway between Ainsworth State Park and the trailhead for Horsetail Falls. On that trail, past Pony Tail Falls, there is an overlook turnoff. This area has the largest population of the lilies, although they are further down the trail toward Oneonta Creek also.
