CommentsIn full bloom: Oxalis oregana (Oregon Wood Sorrel), Petasites frigidus (sweet colt's foot), Viola glabella (yellow wood violet), Trillium ovatum, Listera cordata (heart-leaf twayblade orchid), Lysichitum americanum (skunk cabbage), Rubus spectabilis (salmonberry), and Saxifraga occidentalis (Western saxifrage). Just coming into bloom: Claytonia sibirica (candyflower), Nemophila parviflora (wood's Nemophila), Berberis nervosa (dwarf Oregon-grape), Maianthemum dilatatum (false lily-of-the-valley), Maianthemum racemosum (false Solomon's seal), Maianthemum stellata (star-flowered false Solomon's seal), Achlys triphylla (vanille leaf), Dicentra formosa (western bleeding heart), Vancouveria hexandra (inside-out flower), Hydrophyllum tenuipes (Pacific waterleaf), Tolmiea menziesii (youth-on-age or piggyback plant), Disporum smithii (Fairy Lanterns), and lots of some kind of Anemone. Past their peak: Cardamine nuttalli var. nuttallii (Nuttall`s toothwort), and Oemleria cerasiformis (Oso berry).
