CommentsIt's a great time to visit the Arboretum! Now blooming at lower elevations: Common Camas (Camassia quamash) everywhere with more on the way, Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis), Redwood Sorrel (Oxalis oregana), Candyflower (Claytonia sibirica), plenty of Tall Larkspur (Delphinium trolliifolium) and Pacific Bleeding Heart (Dicentra formosa) along the Water Garden Trail, Hooker's Fairy Bells (Prosartes hookeri), American Vetch (Vicia americana), Fringe Cup (Tellima grandiflora), Western Serviceberry (Amelanchier alnifolia), Chocolate Lily (Fritillaria affinis), some Henderson's Shooting Star (Dodecatheon hendersonii), Western Sweet-Cicely (Osmorhiza occidentalis), Nuttall’s Toothwort (Cardamine nuttalli var. nuttallii), Stream Violet (Viola glabella), Western Meadowrue (Thalictrum occidentale), False Solomon's-Seal (Maianthemum racemosum), Straight-Beaked Buttercup (Ranunculus orthorhynchus), Star-Flowered Solomon's-Seal (Maianthemum stellatum), Disappointing Buttercup (Ranunculus uncinatus), and Sticky Cinquefoil (Potentilla glandulosa).

Also blooming along the Boundary/Incense Cedar Trail are: Striped Coral Root (Corallorhiza striata), Fairy Slipper (Calypso Bulbosa), Cat's-Ear Lily (Calochortus subalpinus), Purple Sanicle (Sanicula bipinnatifida), Oregon Iris (Iris tenax), Large-flowered Nemophila (Nemophila menziesii var. atomaria), Wild Strawberry (Fragaria virginiana var. platypetala), Small-flowered Prairie Star (Lithophragma parviflora), and occasional Giant White Wakerobin (Trillium albidum),
