Comments	Down in the curves below the Rowena Viewpoint among the oaks saw: Lupines in many stages of bloom from not yet blooming to past full bloom, a lot of Balsamroot some in full bloom many more starting to bloom, Prairie Stars, yellow Desert Parsley, Popcorn Flower, Oregon Grape, some good size patches of purple Vetch. In the little garden area right at the Viewpoint saw: Balsam-root some in full bloom (with more buds) many more with some flowers and many buds. Near where the first bluff east of Viewpoint meets the road some Balsam-root with flowers and buds, Upland Larkspur.
