Comments | Mark Turner (!) visited Tire Mountain with an NPSO group and reported that the following species were in bloom: Hall`s Lomatium (Lomatium hallii), Thompson`s Mistmaidens (Romanzoffia thompsonii), Checker lilies (Fritillaria affinis), Western Waterleaf (Hydrophyllum occidentale), Fairyslipper (Calypso bulbosa), Few-flowered Shooting Star (Dodecatheon pulchellum), spreading phlox (Phlox diffusa), Olympic onion (Olympic Onion (Allium crenulatum), Oregon fawn lily (Erythronium oregonum), harsh paintbrush (Castilleja hispida), Barestem Desert Parsley (Lomatium nudicaule), Menzies` Larkspur (Delphinium menziesii), and Deltoid Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza deltoidea).
